Grilled swordfish coated in African spice served with salad greens,
Spanish onion, toasted pistachios and dried apricot,
lemon vinaigrette and a dollop of yoghurt

 

Chicken Breast poached in cardamon, cinnamon,
black pepper & clove, chilled in poaching liquid, served with couscous,
fig, bacon lardons, asparagus fresh herb and orange vinaigrette.

 

Dessert

 

Coconut panna cotta with tropical fruits and coconut wafer.

 

Citrus tart with fresh mango and whipped cream.
